Initiate Your Request
Log into your ILM account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
